MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in HR (2 years) from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 4 years postqualification work experience in recruitment and other HR functions. b) Experience of working in Government/Social Sector is desirable c) Knowledge and experience of Government Recruitment, Documentation, Filing and Correspondence process in Human Resource Management will be preferred. d) Working knowledge of Automatic Attendance System / any HRMIS software e) Computer proficiency in MS Office – Word / Powerpoint and Advanced Excel skills. f) Excellent oral and written communication skills. g) Ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure and must be a team player. h) Formal educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with more relevant experience in HR.


60,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- per month

To assist the HR Manager in the management of all HR functions in the NHSRC office and to supervise all HR activities of its branch offices. 2. Preparation of Terms of Reference / Job Advertisements / Tender Documents / SOPs / HR Policies as and when required. 3. Work on Automatic Attendance System / HRMIS software and generate reports as and when required. 4. Management of MIS/Trackers/Database/Dash Board. 5. Creating forms and drafts – as and when required. 6. Conducting reference checks, preparation of offer letters and contracts, engaging consultants. 7. Management of the calendar of PAOs and holding of meetings as directed. 8. Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible. 9. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.), sorted into respective folders. 10. Prioritizing the agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc. 11. Assist in preparing the assigned presentation or report. 12. Assist in compiling, proofreading and revising draft documents and reports. 13. Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and support. 14. To perform any other function assigned by the HR Manager, Principal Administrative Officer or Executive Director, NHSRC from time to time.
