(i) Post Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% academic performance from a recognized University/ Institute or its equivalent grade and should have consistently good academic record. (ii) Multitasking and proficiency in computer operations like Excel (especially Excel), Database Management, MS Window and MS Office is essential. (iii) Be a self-starter and take initiative, follow up and drive the activity. The candidate applying for the above post must be a citizen of India. (iv) Handling accounting procedures like bill entries, periodic reports and budget preparation would be an added advantage.


The selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment on 3rd party/IIM Nagpur contract on consolidated monthly pay on CTC mode for a period of up to one year. The contract may be extended depending upon the performance/ performance of the duties satisfactorily and the requirements of the Institute.

Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in Academic Administration, Executive Education Location, Project Coordination/Hospitality Industry is preferred. Experience from institutions of national repute like IIMs, IITs or similar will be added.


(i) Excellent use of MS-Office tools like MS- Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other productivity tools are essential. (ii) The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability and ability to interact with senior leadership. (iii) During the interview process the candidate may be tested on the computer skills required for the post. (iv) Positive attitude, a wide orientation and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to faculty members, internal departments, client organizations, participants/officers from corporate, government and PSUs and vendors. (v) Must be confident and self-motivated, have the ability to be a team player and be resourceful in managing challenges.


(i) End to end coordination of assigned programs including planning, promotion (if required), scheduling, execution and account closure. (ii) To assist in the preparation of proposals as per the requirements of the client and follow up till the conversion into the programme. (iv) Regular follow-up with the participating agencies in the matter of enrollment, acceptance letter, confirmation and ensuring smooth delivery of programs through the online platform. (v) Seamless interaction/coordination with internal departments like Stores and Purchases, Accounts, Communications, Admin etc. to ensure relevant support for program delivery. (vi) Process the payment from Invoice stage till recovery from Participants (OEP & FDP) / Customers (CEP) / Partners (BLP) (vii) Voucher generation, Check correctness of bills and claims, Allocating expenditure to correct account heads To do Executive Education Program (viii) in respect of booking of facilities – classes, participant (including visiting faculty) accommodation, meals and refreshments.
